Your relationship with your body is the most important relationship in your life, yet we learn to neglect, ignore and distrust our bodies through years of dieting and unrealistic body expectations. In this course you will learn how to:
- Get out of your head and back into your body.
- Develop a relationship with your body that is flexible, compassionate and connected
- Acknowledge the incredible ways your body show up for you every day
- Free yourself from self-defeating and harmful body messages
