In the world of stock investing, the art of reading a price chart is a valuable skill that empowers investors to make informed decisions based on the visual representation of price movements and patterns. Through the study of charts, indicators, and support and resistance levels, technical analysis provides insights into market sentiment, trend formation, and potential turning points. This class will provide you with the basic tools and techniques to navigate the landscape of the market and recognize patterns and clues in the market. You will learn:
- How to read a price chart and candlesticks
- Identify the areas of support and resistance
- How to identify trends
- Learn basic pattern formations and what they mean
- How to use indicators such as RSI, ATR, and moving averages for confirmation
This class includes a Demo of TradingView, a very popular free charting package, so you can follow along and learn how to chart stocks and navigate the markets.
