Rockville Learning Center
Vernon Regional Adult Based Education's newest site opened November 21, 2005. This successful initiative is the result of the collaboration between Vernon Regional Adult Based Education, Eastern Connecticut State University, NextSTEP and KIDSAFE CT.
The Rockville site offers daytime GED and ESL classes as well as Continuing Education Classes.
