Adult / Academic Programs
Vernon Regional Adult Based Education offers a variety of academic programs throughout its fourteen town region. A student's placement in a particular program is dependent upon his/her individual needs or goals, state-mandated testing and the availability of needed courses. Online courses are offered as an alternative to select site-based CDP and GED® classes.
VRABE's current programs include:
REGISTRATION AND ORIENTATION IS REQUIRED
FOR ALL HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETION PROGRAMS
New Students: To enroll in Adult Education classes, students must be at least 17 years old and possess an official State issued I.D.(check for valid expiration date). Individuals ages 17 or older must submit documentation that they have been officially withdrawn from high school. .

Vernon Regional Adult Based Education is in compliance with Connecticut General Statutes Sec. 10-71c and does not charge a fee for any textbooks or materials used in the mandated program areas.
