ESL - English as a Second Language
Any student who wishes to increase fluency in English may participate in ESL (English as a Second Language) classes that are offered in Colchester, East Windsor, Glastonbury, Griswold, Mansfield, Vernon, and Wethersfield.
Pretests are given and class placement is based on the student's level of English. Students practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing with their peers under the guidance of the teacher. Classes are small to allow for active participation. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience a variety of cultures. Both day and evening classes are available.
